Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures in case of any discrepancies related to transactions on our platform.

In the event that a user is charged by the platform but does not receive the agreed-upon amount from another user, TripShipTask is committed to mediating and resolving the issue promptly. Users encountering such discrepancies are encouraged to follow the procedure outlined below:

Users must report any transaction discrepancies promptly through the TripShipTask app. To initiate the resolution process, follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Help" or "Support" section within the app.

Select the appropriate category related to transactions or payments.

When opening a support ticket, provide detailed information about the discrepancy, including relevant transaction IDs, user details, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Mediation and Analysis

Once a user reports a transaction discrepancy, TripShipTask will initiate a thorough mediation and analysis process. Our team will review the provided information, communicate with the involved parties, and assess the situation to determine an equitable resolution.

4. Refund Process

If, after careful analysis, TripShipTask deems it fit, a refund will be processed to the affected user. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. No Direct Returns or Refunds

As TripShipTask operates as a platform facilitating user-to-user transactions, direct returns or refunds for services rendered or goods exchanged are not applicable. Our focus is on mediating and resolving disputes related to platform transactions.

6. User Cooperation

To expedite the resolution process, TripShipTask requests users' cooperation in providing accurate and timely information. This includes responding to inquiries from our support team and providing any necessary documentation to support their claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event that users are dissatisfied with the resolution proposed by TripShipTask, a dispute resolution process may be initiated. This process will involve further review and consideration by our dedicated dispute resolution team.

8. Amount incurred from Cancellation

In the event that you fall victim of a transaction where the other party cancelled on you and if you fall in the time-frame of cancellation fee beneficiary, TripShipTask shall collect cancellation fee from the other party and credit your account partially. This exceptional case does not necessarily fall under refund or return and will be added to your earnings.
